ARERA sets the maximum premium for MACSE

With Decision No. 168/2025/R/rel, ARERA - the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks, and the Environment—closes the loop on MACSE regulation by launching a consultation on guidelines for determining the 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐨.
A crucial step that completes the regulatory framework 𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐥’𝐚𝐯𝐯𝐢𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞.

With this measure, “𝘴𝘪 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘵𝘢 𝘭’𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘳𝘦𝘨𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘰 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘢 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘢 674/2023/𝘙/𝘦𝘦𝘭”, laying the groundwork for an increasingly resilient and flexible electricity system capable of integrating renewable energy sources.

Finally, a 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐄 of 𝟑𝟐 𝐤€/𝗠𝐖𝐡/𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨 has been proposed, a figure in line with our forecasts that will make the auction very interesting!
